Sculpting Time: An Andrei Tarkovsky Retrospective

To capitalise on new digital remasters, Curzon Artificial Eye’s prestigious back catalogue and a relatively quiet period in the theatrical calendar, I worked alongside a number of internal departments to put together an Andrei Tarkovsky Retrospective. 

I commissioned new artwork and trailers which, despite limited materials and budget, generated heated excitement among film fans. Working closely with others, I helped to arrange a number of special screenings, featuring talks with critics, academics and journalists, along with various long-read press pieces. The artwork was also used in a special limited edition Blu-ray box set, the first run of which sold out in a matter of weeks.
